What it Means for Choices Families

Beginning April 1, 2018, Illinois will be implementing statewide Medicaid Managed Care. This will affect your enrollment with Choices and we want the opportunity to discuss this with families and address your concerns.

We invite Choices enrolled families, Choices network providers, and other interested community members to join.
